Membership Forms
Please note that
the membership forms are provided in Microsoft Word
format. If you are unable to open files of this
type then please contact a member of the committee to
obtain paper forms. Membership is renewed annually on
the 1st April.
New Members
If you are a
new member then please download and complete each of
the following four forms. Send the first three
to the membership secretary (the address is on the form)
together with your payment. The standing order
mandate should be sent to your bank.
Existing Members
Existing members
should download the following membership renewal form
and forward it together with payment (if you are not
already paying by standing order) to the membership
secretary.
